Each prior authorization request submitted through Coral counts as one authorization toward your monthly limit. Resubmissions after a denial, peer-to-peer requests, and appeals each count separately. Simple eligibility checks do not count. Your dashboard shows a running total so there are no billing surprises.

Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is included with every plan at no additional cost. We execute it before you connect any patient data. You can review our standard BAA terms as part of the onboarding process. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom BAA language.

Starter and Professional plans are month-to-month with no cancellation fee. You can cancel any time from your account settings and access continues through the end of your paid billing period. Enterprise agreements follow the terms in your service contract, typically annual.
